Don’t forget to ask about our discounts and deals when booking a service.
Q: Do you provide the cleaning equipment and detergents?
A: Only for certain services like end of lease, one-off deep cleaning, carpet, and upholstery cleaning. However, services like regular cleaning do not include any equipment and detergents in the price. You could choose if we would be providing them or you would prefer to use yours.
Q: Do you require a deposit for booking a service?
A: Your card may be charged the full amount of the service either at the time of booking or at any time before the service begins.
Q: Do you work on public holidays and weekends?
A: Yes. We operate 7 days a week. You can book us on Saturday and Sunday, even on public holidays!
